Why does everyone love Elon Musk

Elon Musk is the closest thing we have to a real-life Ironman because of his ambition and achievements.

Elon Musk, who is famous for taking risks related to the future, has captivated the interest of hundreds, if not millions, of individuals all over the globe.

As Steve Jobs passed away, many people, including me, were looking forward to the arrival of a new hero in the IT industry. (I’m sorry, Mr. Gates and Mr. Bezos…)

Because of his ambition and his achievements, Elon Musk is the individual who comes closest to embodying the concept of a real-life Ironman.

It should come as no surprise that the concept of a tech millionaire who wants to establish a metropolis on Mars has attracted many people, including myself.

This is a list of the top ten things that people admire about Elon Musk.

1 . He has always had a deep and abiding passion for reading.

According to Elon, he spent a significant amount of his childhood reading literature (just like Warren Buffett)

Elon Musk spent his first eight years of life in South Africa, where he also spent his time with both of his parents, Maye and Errol Musk. Nonetheless, he did not spend as much time with them and instead spent most of his life under the direction of a housekeeper.

By the age of nine, he had already finished reading the whole encyclopedia, and he would spend more than ten hours a day reading science fiction books. Reading provided him with the opportunity to form the interesting concept of living in another world.

The magazine Esquire claims that Elon not only continues to read books but that he also devours them.

2. He has spent his whole childhood playing video games.

As a child, Elong spent a lot of time playing video games, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in technology.

During an interview at the E3 expo, Musk expressed his thoughts in this manner.

“My interest in technology began, at least in part, as a result of my involvement in the gaming industry. There’s a good chance that I wouldn’t have begun programming if it weren’t for video games, and there’s also a good chance that I wouldn’t have been as interested in computers and technology otherwise. I believe that video games are a really potent force that may get young children interested in technology; it has considerably wider knock-on effects than people may be aware of. — Elon Musk

Overwatch, the Fallout series, and the Civilization series are some of his favorite games. Overwatch is also one of my favorites.

3 . Buying in Tesla as a means of weaning oneself off of fossil fuel

Elon Musk was a speaker at a Mars Society event held at Stanford University in 2001, and the creators of Tesla Motors met with him after seeing him speak there.

By this period, he had already achieved some measure of success with many startup ventures (Paypal and SpaceX)

After that, Musk became a member of the board of directors and was given the responsibility of leading the investment round.

In 2008, Musk was promoted to the position of CEO and product architect of Tesla. In spite of the fact that he is the public face of the firm, people often get too confused.

Because of his belief in fossil fuels, he made an investment in Tesla, which is one of the reasons why.

“We need to make an appeal to the people and educate them in order to kind of rebel against this and to resist the propaganda of the fossil fuel business, which is merciless and vast.” — Elon Musk

4. His ambitious plan to establish human settlements on Mars

Elon Musk founded Space X with the intention of creating a colony of humans on Mars and making it their permanent home.

Even though it has never been done before, the notion itself is interesting, and if he were able to carry it off, he would be considered a Sci-fi expert in this field.

It was a clear indication that human invention was progressing in the right way when humans became the first species to walk on the moon. It is now time to carry out an identical procedure on Mars.

We don’t want to be one of those species that only lives on one planet; rather, we want to be a species that lives on several planets. — Elon Musk

5. His organization, Space X, has already accomplished a great deal in the past.

When it comes to Space X, his organization has accomplished a great deal that ought to be mentioned here.

Among SpaceX’s many accomplishments is the fact that the company launched the first privately financed liquid-propellant rocket to reach orbit around the earth.

Being the first privately owned corporation to successfully put a spacecraft into orbit and then retrieve it,

Being the very first non-governmental organization to dock a spacecraft at the International Space Station,

This was the first time that an orbital rocket successfully completed a vertical takeoff and landing with propellant.

The first time an orbital rocket was used more than once,

The first privately owned enterprise to launch humans into space and deliver them safely to the International Space Station.

Around a hundred missions have been completed by SpaceX using rockets from the Falcon 9 series.

6. His proposal to provide Internet access to underserved regions all across the world

Elon Musk came up with the idea for Starlink in order to offer an internet service that has “high speed” and “low latency.” This service would eventually include the whole planet, including remote places that have had patchy or even nonexistent access to the internet in the past.

Imagine a future in which it is possible to stay connected to the internet even if you are out in the middle of nowhere or hiking up a mountain.

7. His commitment to go on with his purpose despite the fact that he was rapidly losing financial support

In 2009, Space X was inches away from declaring bankruptcy. The day was difficult for the firm as a whole, but particularly for its founder.

Elon Musk has said that SpaceX came dangerously close to running out of money.

“The first three launches were a fiasco thanks to me. The first three attempts to launch were unsuccessful. And to our great fortune, the fourth launch, which used all the remaining funds for the Falcon 1 program, was a success. The fourth attempt was successful. Nevertheless, it might have been—if that had happened, SpaceX’s story would have ended there. But luck was on our side that day. Consequently, the fourth attempt at launching was successful,” — Elon Musk

There are probably not more than a few millionaires who feel so strongly about a cause that they would put their whole life savings on the line for it, even if it meant the possibility of going bankrupt.

8. He believes in friendly AI

If you’ve seen the classic science fiction film “The Terminator,” then you’ll have a good idea of why Elon Musk is exploring initiatives related to artificial intelligence (AI).

He is of the opinion that Skynet is probable, which means that the rise of machines is a distinct possibility.

In point of fact, he is so certain that artificial intelligence poses a threat to humanity that he has chosen to take things into his own hands by constructing a Tesla Robot.

It’s a Humanoid Robot that has Vehicle AI built into it.

That nearly makes me think of that other science fiction movie starring Will Smith called iRobot.

“We need to be concerned about artificial intelligence. What we’re attempting to do here at Tesla is to create AI that is both helpful and enjoyable for humans, as well as excellent. — Elon Musk

9. His businesses are causing a stir in eight different markets.

I have a tremendous amount of admiration for co-founders who develop groundbreaking solutions that shake up established markets.

Old sectors have been revolutionized thanks to companies like Uber, Airbnb, and Netflix, among others.

But were you aware that Elon’s enterprises are now shaking up eight different industries? Automobile, aerospace, telecommunications, energy, transportation, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and healthcare are some of the sectors involved.

Launches into space, telecommunications, and the internet via satellite: That’s what SpaceX does.

Cars, Personal Transportation, Solar Energy, Fossil Fuels, and Car Sharing are Some of Tesla’s Product Categories.

The Boring Company is a tunneling, infrastructure, and real estate development and freight shipping company.

OpenAI: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Professional Gaming

Neuralink is an advancement in the fields of prosthetics, medicine (treatment), robotics, and the military.

10. Elon is opposed to the concept of global warming

Musk’s desire to leave Earth and start a new life on another planet is motivated by the worry that one day, Earth will no longer be a place where it is safe to live. Elon has said that he is anticipating an extinction catastrophe that would render life on Earth untenable.

Because of this, he became connected with Tesla in order to provide automobiles that are better for the environment. He established SpaceX in order to discover a means to go to Mars with the intention of establishing a city there that people might call home.

He even established a contest to raise $100 million to combat climate change. The objective is to locate a method that will allow for the sequestration of carbon dioxide for a period of one hundred years in a manner that is both secure and economical.

It’s not every day that you hear the wealthiest person in the world talking about their aspirations to go to other planets.

It is impossible to disregard the significant contributions he has made to the improvement of the world, despite the fact that he is in no way an ideal example to follow for today’s youth.

As in Star Trek, maybe one day we will all be able to go on adventures across space and see worlds located in other galaxies.
